At NWA Glam Groomery, we are owned and operated by Crystal Barnes. Crystal has over 17 years of experience grooming both cats and dogs. Crystal founded NWA Glam Groomery in a hope to rehab cats and dogs that were deemed ungroomable at other salons. Her compassion led her to open the only one to one cage-free, express grooming salon in the area. She has trained a dedicated staff to fulfill her dream salon. She has a wonderful supportive husband and 4 dogs and a cat at home.

Grooming Assistant

Bonnie has been with the Glam for 2 years and is experienced in dog grooming. One of her favorite breeds are German Shepherds, but she loves all furry friends and they love her too! She's a coffee lover. Feel free to ask her about her baby and she'll be happy to share!

Junior Groomer

Jessica is our blossoming Junior Groomer. She has been grooming since June of 2022 and has completed level 3 of grooming school. Jessica has a husband and young daughter at home, as well as one Shih Tuz and two Portuguese Water Dogs. One of her Portuguese Water Dogs is actually a show dog who Jessica enjoys taking to dog shows in her free time.

Since joining the Glam Fam Haley has become bathing certified and helps keep our spa spic and span for our guests. She's a plant lover and is so passionate about cooking and baking! Haley is excited to start her journey in grooming school!
